María Victoria Tuculet

Victoria graduated as an attorney from the University of Buenos Aires in 2012. She is working on her thesis for the Master's Degree in Private International Law at the University of Buenos Aires.

She worked as an international associate at Shearman & Sterling.

Her practice focuses on corporate financing and capital market transactions, both in the domestic and international markets. She has extensive experience in advising on securities, banking and exchange regulations, as well as on matters related to the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing. She has also participated in mergers and acquisitions operations.
