He has specialized in financial restructuring transactions, having represented domestic and foreign debtors and creditors in several debt restructuring proceedings. In addition, he has led our teams in several M&A cases in industries like renewable energy, oil & gas, food and retail, among others. He has also actively worked on complex litigation cases. He serves as director and syndic in many companies, including multinational conglomerates.

In recent years, he has actively participated in local and international issues of debt securities and shares. He has extensive experience in financing and securitization of banks.

Tomás is a Fulbright Scholar and an officer of the Insolvency Section of the International Bar Association (IBA) and regularly lectures on topics of finance, corporate law and bankruptcy law. He serves as professor of Corporate and Bankruptcy Law in different courses of studies at renowned Argentine universities.
