We take our commitment to society seriously, which is why we have been working on pro bono causes for more than twenty years. In recent years, our female lawyers have been encouraged to actively participate in decision-making positions, both inside and outside the firm. Additionally, on their own initiative, some of them have promoted or created organizations that bring together female lawyers in different areas of practice.<\/p>

Our interest in D&I policy extends beyond the empowerment of women in our firm and the profession. We strive to maintain a diverse work team in different dimensions, with the only requirement of personal merit.<\/p>

Our commitment is also to the community and the environment. For this reason, at Bomchil we take various measures to behave as socially responsible actors:<\/p>

#BomchilRecycle:<\/span> we implement various actions with the aim of recycling and improving waste separation. We recycle coffee capsules, we separate organic waste from inorganic waste, we collect and recycle electronic materials and we also make \u201cBottles of Love\u201d, in which plastic waste is introduced.<\/p>
