Our experience covers tasks related to the design, preparation and negotiation of structures for the development and implementation of projects, including advice on financial, tax, environmental, zoning and regulatory matters.

Working in an interdisciplinary manner, we have collaborated in the design and implementation of structures that, based on the dynamic Argentine real estate market, allow us to arbitrate on external and regulatory restrictions and find solutions to financial and commercial problems.

We have extensive experience in public work and have participated in the preparation of tender documents for the construction of airports, power plants, prison complexes, road concessions, hydroelectric dams and railway lines.
