Pro bono
We take our commitment to society seriously, which is why we have been working on pro bono causes for more than twenty years. We encourage our lawyers to collaborate on a wide range of legal issues, advising both non-profit charities and individuals who need access to justice.
Diversity and inclusion
In recent years, our female lawyers have been encouraged to actively participate in decision-making positions, both inside and outside the firm. Additionally, on their own initiative, some of them have promoted or created organizations that bring together female lawyers in different areas of practice.
Our interest in D&I policy extends beyond the empowerment of women in our firm and the profession. We strive to maintain a diverse work team in different dimensions, with the only requirement of personal merit.
The firm has a Diversity and Inclusion Committee whose purpose is to design and implement action plans in relation to the objectives that allow diversity to be included as a new value throughout the organization and thus manage a new diverse and inclusive culture.
Actions with environmental and social impact
Our commitment is also to the community and the environment. For this reason, at Bomchil we take various measures to behave as socially responsible actors:
#BomchilRecycle: we implement various actions with the aim of recycling and improving waste separation. We recycle coffee capsules, we separate organic waste from inorganic waste, we collect and recycle electronic materials and we also make “Bottles of Love”, in which plastic waste is introduced.
Christmas Eve for Everyone: Every end of the year brings us closer to reflection, and since 2007, we have assembled and decorated boxes with food and gifts that are delivered before Christmas to low-income families.
