He has been involved in more than 100 transactions throughout his career, including some of the most important investment and M&A projects.

He has advised the boards of the most important energy and mining companies in Argentina on regulatory, contractual, and corporate matters in general. He has also led the acquisition of important business groups based in Argentina and represented multilateral credit organizations in the structuring of loans to local companies.

He worked as a foreign associate at Hughes & Luce (now K&L Gates) in Dallas, Texas (1990-91).

Prior to joining Bomchil, Dr. D´Onofrio led theMining Law Area at Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal for over twelve years, and served as Of Counsel at Alliani & Bruzzón.
