She specializes in corporate law, providing comprehensive corporate advice to national and foreign clients in the energy sector, accompanying them from their incorporation in the country to the insertion and development of their activity.

Her practice covers the preparation of corporate structures, incorporation of companies, registration in the corresponding registries, as well as advising their shareholders and boards of directors on a variety of corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrea worked as an associate at Alliani & Bruzzon Abogados, specializing in corporate law. She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association.
