He advises several companies in the process of sale, merger or industrial reconversion; and in terms of human capital management and implementation of corporate compliance policies; he participated in the creation of the Labor Standards Compliance Certification, under the direction of IRAM.

He is a member of the Institute of Labor and Social Security Law of National Academy of Law; coordinates the Consejo Consultivo de Relaciones Laborales of the Chamber of Companies, active member of the Comisión de Derecho del Trabajo y Seguridad Social del Colegio of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and the Board of Directors of the Asociación Argentina de Derecho del Trabajo y la Seguridad Social. He partakes in various negotiating committees for wages and collective bargaining agreements.

He is the author of numerous comments on labor law and social security in various specialized journals, regular lecturer at seminars and conferences. Postgraduate professor in several Argentine universities. He is the director of the Revista Trabajo y Seguridad Social from Argentine Catholic University since 2012
