She has advised national and international companies in compliance matters and in the development and implementation of integrity programs.

She defended clients against decisions issued by the Supervisory Board of Companies, and summary proceedings filed by the Securities Exchange Commission both before these bodies and before the Commercial Federal Appeals Court. She has also handled important mergers and acquisitions in the fields of liquid petroleum gas, pharmaceuticals, supermarkets, foodstuffs, farming, real estate, and fisheries, among others.

Florencia leads the Ethics and Compliance Committee of ICC Argentina and is also a member of the Argentine Association of Ethics and Compliance and the Board of Directors of the Money Laundering Prevention and Compliance Committee of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.

She serves as professor of Company Law in Austral University. She also authored several publications and regularly lectures on her field of work.
