His practice focuses on regulatory matters, administrative law, anticorruption laws, litigation and international arbitration.

He worked for the telecommunications regulatory body for four years until 1996, when he left his position as Legal and Regulatory Affairs Manager to join Bomchil. The professional experience he gained during his employment in the public and private sectors enables him to offer clients effective solutions with a comprehensive overview of the matters at issue.

He is the former President of the Argentine Association of Telecommunications Law and at the moment he is a member of its governing board. He has participated as a speaker at various seminars and events linked with telecommunications. He is also a professor of graduate and post-graduate courses at Universidad Austral and Universidad Católica Argentina.
