Her practice focuses on advising clients (mainly companies engaged in highly regulated industries) on regulatory matters, administrative and environmental law, as well as administrative proceedings and authorizations, public procurement, and litigation.

She served in the national government for four years, where she participated in the development and execution of major infrastructure projects and the oversight of public works and service concessions.

Marina was an assistant professor of Administrative Law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires from 2017 to 2023.
