His practice focuses on complex civil and commercial disputes, both litigation and arbitration, in connection with contractual, financial, corporate and insurance matters, class actions and product liability, among other issues. He also advises and represents national and foreign clients in reorganizations and insolvency, and in out-of-court debt restructuring proceedings.

Martín serves as an undergraduate and graduate professor at several renowned Argentine universities. He has published articles for national and international publications related to his area of work.
