Máximo José Bomchil is a partner member of the Corporate/M&A and Wealth Management departments. He is head of the Agribusiness practice.

Máximo’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and corporate conflicts, having represented both foreign and domestic clients buying and selling businesses, particularly in the Agribusiness, food, logistics, insurance, pharma and hospitality industries.

 

He has extensive experience in negotiating complex agreements and advising in a broad range of corporate, regulatory, insurance and consumer defense matters. Additionally, he has participated in financing operations.

 

He serves as director and trustee in many companies, including multinational conglomerates.
Recently Máximo advised Savencia Group in the acquisition of Ilolay, one of the key players in the dairy industry in Argentina and Tuteur’s shareholders in the sale of a 30% of the shares in the company to Roemmers Group. He also advised local and international clients in M&A transactions in the logistics and hospitality industries.

 

In 2011 he worked as foreign associate in the New York offices of Chadbourne & Parke, in the Project Finance team.

 

Máximo is a professor at the Department of Economic and Business Law of the University of Buenos Aires.
