Her practice focuses on the conduct of trial litigation, as well as pre-trial advice, representing clients in complex commercial matters and class actions in the areas of consumer law, banking, environmental and insurance law.

She provides litigation and contractual advice to leading healthcare, biotech, medical device and food industry companies on a variety of matters, with a particular focus on dispute avoidance.

She is a Professor  at Universidad Torcuato di Tella Law School. She also works as Coordinator of the ProBono Commission of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.

Among her professional achievements:

– Advises and represents a well-known company in the financial sector in several collective proceedings related to Consumer protection Law.

– Advises several health entities in matters related to the implementation of medical guidelines, as well as in medical professional liability proceedings.

– Advised several of our clients in implementing new regulation issued by the Administrative Authority regarding consumer’s rights access to information in the financial, food and beverage and in the streaming media sector.

– Represented a food industry company in a complex commercial dispute related to the termination of commercial contracts.
