Her practice focuses on providing advice on commercial law disputes, in particular on issues of corporate and contractual law, as well as in handling complex litigation and commercial arbitration cases.

She has wide experience in commercial law and has been acting as counsel in that area since 1991. In 1993, she served in the legal department of Banco Mercantil Argentino. From 1994 onwards, she focused on matters of commercial law, principally corporate and insolvency issues, mainly of foreign companies, in the firm Zaldívar, Manóvil & Asociados, and she has continued to do so at Bomchil since 2003.

She is currently an assistant lecturer and collaborates in subjects of commercial law, company law and contracts at Universidad de Buenos Aires Law School. Between 1994 and 1998, she was an assistant lecturer in courses relating to law and economics at the School of Economics of the Universidad de Buenos Aires.

She has participated in various conferences and events and has published articles in specialized local and international journals, mainly on matters of international commercial arbitration.
