He has worked in corporate structuring of local and international companies. He has a broad experience in the field of capital markets providing advice in the issuance of bonds and IPOs.

Patricio has advised several companies that belong to Grupo Corporación América in financial transactions in Armenia, Brasil, Uruguay and Argentina.

Between 1994 and 1995, he worked as departmental head in the Enforcement Division of the National Securities Commission; and between 1998 and 2000 he was the Head of Legal Affairs of the Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior. He has also completed training courses at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Patricio is a professor in the Commercial Law Master’s Program at Universidad Austral where he teaches Banking and Company Law, and at the Universidad Católica Argentina where he also teaches Corporate Law
