She has also led mergers and corporate reorganizations, actively interacting with the various departments of the firm, such as Tax, Banking and Finance, among others.

She has also worked in financial debt restructuring processes and has experience in out-of-court preventive agreements and in negotiable bonds issuance processes, with knowledge of the regulatory framework of the sector.

Paula has vast experience in providing day-to-day advice to programmers, production companies, pay TV operators and, in general, media clients. She has a solid knowledge of the regulatory framework of audiovisual communication.
